Christina Joseph, MSc, is a Developmental Psychologist and Paediatric Neuropsychologist specializing in neuropsychological assessment and inclusive systems strengthening across the Caribbean. She is committed to advancing equitable, evidence-based practices that support vulnerable populations.

Christina brings extensive experience in conducting comprehensive neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessments for children and adolescents presenting with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, and other developmental and behavioural challenges. Her work emphasizes culturally responsive, contextually relevant approaches that translate clinical findings into practical, actionable strategies for families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams.
In her consultancy capacity, Christina designs and delivers capacity-building initiatives and training programmes for educators, healthcare professionals, social service providers, and community stakeholders. Her areas of focus include inclusive education, behaviour management, trauma-informed care, and psychosocial support systems, with an emphasis on strengthening institutional and community-level responses to diverse developmental needs.

Christina also supports the development and implementation of inclusive systems across education, workplace, and community settings. She works with organizations to design policies, frameworks, and interventions that promote access, participation, and equity, particularly for children and individuals with disabilities. Her approach integrates clinical expertise with systems thinking to ensure sustainable, scalable impact.
